Does Your Website Need A Video? Probably.

Hey guys.

So, as a lot of you know, we spent the better part of the first half of this year on creating a portfolio of corporate web videos for a variety of local businesses down here in Miami.

Well, I ran into an article today that I want to share with you, particularly if you own or work for a company that relies on their website to do business:

http://www.talentzoo.com/news/Using-Video-to-Grow-Your-Business/11719.html?utm_source=SubscriberMail&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Your%20Dose%20-%20Grow%20Your%20Business%20With%20Video&utm_term=&utm_content=3e83887aa0174ca79fcd881c758f5880

That’s an article on TalentZoo about how it’s been proven that video content engages more directly with your customers or indeed any visitor to your site. Video provides a human, almost emotional, connection to the viewer, and you are able to show far more of your business personality through video rather than text or photos.

This is part of our day job here: we like to apply the same aesthetics that we use to make our short films and music videos to our corporate videos, and find a compelling way to tell your potential clientele a story about who you are- I don’t need to tell you how valuable that is for sales.

Here are a few of ours from our website that are some of my favorite:

This one is for a national security company, Strike Force Security Services.  They provide security for Madison Square Garden, Meadowlands, etc:

This one is for a local cigar shop here in Kendall, Neptune Cigars:

And this one is for a catering company that specializes in private airplane catering:

SO- if you know someone who’s got a business that uses a website to attract customers or conduct transactions- you need a video. Pronto.

Also- be sure to follow us on Facebook.  We’ve got many more posts than these measly once-a-week blog posts and occasionally can amuse you while you waste time on the internet.  BUT only if you “like” us! Please? <sobs>

See you next week- I’ll bring a review of Season 3 of Breaking Bad, because I am just finishing it now. Behind. Yikes.
